Recomp With Ryleigh respects your privacy. This policy explains how information submitted through this website is handled.

What information we collect

If you apply for coaching, we collect the details you enter in the application form, such as your name, email address, phone number, fitness goals, training experience, availability and the information you choose to share about your challenges. Please do not include medical or other sensitive information unless it is necessary and we have discussed how it will be handled.

Our website host may also process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the website.

How we use your information

We use application information to review your enquiry, contact you about coaching, assess whether the service may suit your goals, and manage follow-up. We do not sell your application details.

Who may process your information

The website is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions. We currently use email to receive application notifications. These service providers may process or store information on systems outside Australia. Their handling of information is also subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

We may disclose information if reasonably necessary to operate the service, respond to your request, or comply with a legal obligation. We do not publish application details.

Storage and security

Application submissions are stored through our website hosting provider and may also be present in the email inbox receiving notifications. We take reasonable steps to limit access and protect information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, provide a service, or meet legal obligations, then delete it when appropriate and practicable.

Your requests or complaints

You can ask to access or correct information you have submitted, ask a privacy question, or make a complaint by emailing ryleigh.navon@gmail.com. Please describe your request. We will review and respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity before making changes. If you are unhappy with our response and Australian privacy law applies to your complaint, you may be able to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Cookies and tracking

We do not intentionally use this application form to collect information for advertising profiles. Our hosting provider may use technical logs or similar tools to operate and secure the website. If we add analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking tools, we will update this policy as needed.
